He feels a particular calling to promote devotion to the Holy Spirit. He is grateful and filled with joy to serve the People of God and hopes to live his share in the Priesthood of Jesus Christ in the words of St. John the Baptist: Jesus Christ must increase; I must decrease (John 3:30).

Fr. Cornelius Acholo

Associate Pastor

Rev. Fr. Cornelius Acholo was born on June 9, 1978, in Nigeria. Raised in a devout Catholic family, he was nurtured in the faith from an early age.

In 1991, like the biblical young Samuel, Cornelius began his formative journey toward the Priesthood at Saint Kizito High School Seminary, Idah, Kogi State.

On July 14, 2007, Fr. Cornelius was ordained a Priest, fulfilling a lifelong calling. His ordination marked the beginning of a vibrant and impactful ministry that has touched countless lives. His love for meeting people and engaging with diverse communities has been a hallmark of his Priesthood.
